Florisil solid phase extraction column
Florisil is a highly selective adsorbent. It is composed of silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide and sodium sulfide. Similar to silica gel, this adsorbent is highly polar and can extract polar compounds from non-polar solutions.
Florisil is not only used to separate organochlorine pesticides, but also used for the extraction and separation of PCBs and PAHs, but also used in AOAC and EPA methods. GREEN MALL ® Florisil particle size is 100-200 mesh.
